Let’s start with the basics. I’m Madeleine—raised in a small town in South Dakota, but wired for the world.

I grew up in an international family where “vacation” meant 20 cousins packed around a table in Rome, getting stung by scorpions with my uncle in Costa Rica, or tracing my Dad's childhood footsteps through backstreets in Germany. Travel wasn’t just a luxury—it was bloodline, tradition, and the best kind of education.

Since then, I’ve chased flavors, stories, and strangers-turned-friends across continents. My passport's well-worn, my standards are high, and my obsession with authenticity runs deep.
